Dr. Sam Swapna Sinha is a globally recognized leader in Agile and business transformation, widely respected in the Bay Area and beyond. He is an Agile enthusiast, businessman, and life coach with over three decades of experience in Silicon Valley, California. Affectionately named by his students, trainees, colleagues, and friends, Dr. Sam has mentored thousands of professionals, senior corporate leaders, and practitioners, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups.
Dr. Sam is the CEO and founder of Strategism Inc., www.strategisminc.com, a leading technology training and staffing firm established in 2008 in Fremont, CA. Under his leadership, Strategism has earned recognition from Silicon Review as one of the 30 fastest-growing companies in 2021. As a thought leader, Dr. Sam is a member of the Forbes Technology Council and is frequently invited as a keynote speaker at global conferences.
